About The Position
We are conducting a paid study focused on technology operations and strategic decision-making within large organizations. The goal is to understand how these environments manage their technology stacks to develop improved management frameworks. This research aims to explore the balance between daily operational needs and long-term strategic choices. Participants will engage in a remote video interview to discuss their technology management workflows, recent strategic decisions regarding their technology environment, operational challenges, and the criteria used for evaluating new solutions. The focus will be on firsthand experience with these processes.
Requirements
- Current IT or business manager at a mid-to-large organization
- Direct involvement in technology operations or strategic decision-making
- Comfortable discussing internal workflows and evaluation criteria
