IT Analytics Manager

AMEGO INCAttleboro, MA
$100,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

Amego, Inc. is a leading nonprofit provider of residential, educational, and clinical services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across Massachusetts. For over 50 years, we’ve been committed to improving the lives of the individuals we serve through person-centered care, evidence-based programs, and a culture of continuous improvement. Behind that mission is a growing technology and data function that helps our clinical, residential, and administrative teams operate efficiently and make informed decisions. We’re looking for an analytics Manager to own how Amego uses data. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with broad ownership: you’ll partner with leadership to define what we measure, build the data infrastructure and reporting that make those measurements possible, and manage our relationship with our external BI contractor. You’ll also contribute to general IT, and systems work as part of a small, collaborative team. This is an ideal role for an experienced analytics professional who wants the autonomy to shape a data function from the ground up and the variety of working across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with NetSuite data and administration, including ODBC connections and saved searches
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Power Platform tools
  • Background in healthcare, human services, or another regulated industry; familiarity with HIPAA
  • Familiarity with MassHealth, Medicaid, or other public payer data
  • Experience standing up or significantly maturing an analytics function
  • Experience in a small-team environment where roles span multiple disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership, program directors, finance, HR, and clinical leadership to understand their data needs and translate them into reporting and analytics deliverables
  • Define and maintain Amego’s key operational, clinical, and financial metrics
  • Lead recurring reporting cycles (board reports, program performance reviews, compliance reporting) and ad-hoc analysis for leadership decisions
  • Serve as the internal expert on Amego’s data — what exists, what it means, and what it can answer
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with Amego’s external BI contractor
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements; review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and usability
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, and budget; ensure the contractor’s work integrates cleanly with internal systems
  • Evaluate the BI engagement over time and recommend changes to scope, vendor, or in-house balance as needs evolve
  • Build and maintain SQL queries, data models, and reports against Amego’s operational systems (NetSuite, electronic health records, payroll, SharePoint, and others)
  • Develop dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Python, or similar tools
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness; investigate and resolve data discrepancies
  • Document data sources, definitions, transformations, and reporting logic
  • Identify manual, repetitive processes across departments and build automation solutions to eliminate them
  • Build integrations between systems to reduce duplicate data entry and reconciliation work
  • Support compliance and operational reporting workflows (MassHealth renewals, internal audits, regulatory submissions)
  • Provide tier 2 support for escalated issues from staff across Amego’s residential, clinical, and administrative locations
  • Assist with user account management, permissions, and access provisioning across systems (NetSuite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Contribute to small IT projects: software rollouts, system upgrades, vendor coordination
  • Help maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base content
  • Ensure data practices follow Amego’s security policies and HIPAA requirements
  • Implement and maintain role-based access controls for sensitive data
  • Establish and document data governance practices appropriate to a growing organization
