The analyst provides business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes. Additionally, they will provide support to the business and management elements of logistics support and play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system improvements for REGIS and SAPS. They collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, assist in system design, and ensure that software developments align with business needs. Additionally, they contribute to user training and documentation, provide business-level troubleshooting, and escalate technical issues to developers or IT teams.
