The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting HR, Time and Payroll projects and related production support. In this role, you will configure, design, test, and implement new and existing technologies. You will act as a business partner and HRIS subject matter expert to support business needs globally. You Will Provide Timekeeping, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling support Provide support for Benefits and Payroll Configure and support the HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects Implement Advanced Scheduling across all locations in the US Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users
