Responsibilities Creating/prepare, modify/edit, maintain and compile reports, spreadsheets, drafts and emails Coordinate and prepare various document for management approval Department contact for external vendors and internal departments contacts Assist with coordination for team meetings and other important team gatherings including creating agenda, meeting minutes and action items Processing internal orders for various hardware, software and service Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications Ability to plan, organize, multitask and prioritize work with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and planning skills with problem solving skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
