KaylaTek has an exciting IT User Accounts Analyst opportunity supporting the AFNCR IT contract. The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR, missions to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), and other locations, leased spaces, and alternate sites. The major support areas required are: IT Operations and Maintenance; Plans, Projects, and Engineering (PP&E); and National Military Command Center (NMCC). The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail, resulting in a fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding environment. The Account Creation Specialist is responsible for managing The complete lifecycle of user identities and access across the AFNCR enterprise. They will serve as the primary authority for provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning user accounts, ensuring that all personnel have the exact system access required to perform their national defense missions. This role requires strict adherence to DoD security policies, ensuring that all access is properly authorized, documented, and compliant with least-privilege principles. The Account Creation Specialist will utilize tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. They will work closely with Unit Resource Advisors (URAs), Security Managers, and the Walkup Help Desk to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process, utilizing the Remedy Action Reporting System or ServiceNow to track and coordinate all access requests.
