About The Position

The ISG ISO GTM Finance Lead serves as a trusted Finance partner to ISG ISO GTM leadership. The role drives business performance by providing insights on revenue, profitability, pipeline, investments, and resource allocation, and leads planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-support processes. The position identifies risks and opportunities, recommends actions to leadership, and creates executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into business decisions. It partners with Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability, while advancing finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role is based near Lenovo’s North American headquarters in Morrisville, North Carolina, or requires relocation there. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of three days in the office. Global stakeholder support may require flexibility across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
• Located near or willing to relocate to the Morrisville, North Carolina headquarters; expected to work hybrid, three days in the office.
