Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect driving/leading integration architecture, design, and development.
Nice To Haves
- Strong understanding of API management, RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with Secure Access protocols: OAuth, SAML, OIDC
- Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, GCP/AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with event driven architecture and event sourcing.
- Worked with messaging frameworks such as Kafka.
- Efficient in programming languages commonly used for microservices Java EE, Java generics and concurrent programming.
- Microservices framework spring boot.
- Experience with GCP infrastructure
- Hands on experience with GCP Products like Cloud Run , Terraform , Big Data , Big Query
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications.
- Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support.
- Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington.
- May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff.
- May serve as project leader for specific projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
