About The Position

Oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and strategic projects. Ensures that projects align with organizational goals and objectives through a high level of leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, required.
PMP certification, required.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7 years of experience as a project manager, required.
Ability to talk, listen and type.
Ability to interact with customers and information systems personnel.

Master’s degree, preferred.

Identifies, assesses, develops, and mitigates project risks.
Ensures robust strategies are in place for project resilience and success.
Manages and optimizes resource allocation and project finances to meet strategic objectives and financial targets.
Directs changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Upholds and enhances project deliverable quality through continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and guarantees proper documentation, handover, and review.
