Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior studying Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android and Apple mobile devices, and mainstream software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to professional work ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and judgment.
  • A proactive "self-starter" attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of technical help desk requests within our ticketing system to ensure global productivity.
  • Setup, configure, and troubleshoot Dell workstations, laptops, and mobile devices to support our diverse workforce.
  • Partner with team members on specialized IS projects that improve our internal technology infrastructure.
  • Orchestrate the organization and recycling of hardware inventory to maintain an efficient and sustainable tech ecosystem.
  • Act as the professional face of the IS department by providing high-quality technical support to walk-up users.
