About The Position

Ryan Lawn & Tree is growing and expanding its irrigation team. We are seeking an Irrigation Install Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building relationships with customers. In this role, you will work alongside experienced teammates to install and service irrigation systems, delivering the quality our clients expect. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to learn (we have a structured training program)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or a related field is a plus — but not required

Responsibilities

• Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Service and troubleshoot existing systems
• Provide excellent customer service on every job site
