About The Position
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician with strong 2-wire system troubleshooting skills to join our landscape maintenance team. If you're passionate about smart water use, hands-on work, and problem-solving in the field — this role is for you! You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and residential irrigation systems while providing excellent service to clients. A valid driver’s license is required — you'll be operating a company vehicle daily.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in 2-wire irrigation system repair/troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of commercial irrigation system components
- Skilled in using trenchers, power tools, and hand tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Irrigation Association Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair 2-wire irrigation systems
- Install new irrigation systems, including piping, valves, heads, and controllers
- Diagnose issues and make recommendations for repairs or upgrades
- Program and optimize irrigation controllers for efficient water usage
- Communicate with property managers, clients, and team members
- Maintain accurate service records and track materials used
- Keep tools, truck, and job sites clean and organized
