About The Position

We're looking for a General Superintendent to lead irrigation installation and maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing field teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient installations, and maintaining exceptional quality across every community. Requirements

• 3+ years of irrigation installation experience
• Previous field leadership experience
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities
• Ability to read plans and layout work for the crews
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead irrigation installation crews
• Coordinate work schedules with builders and Project Managers
• Inspect irrigation systems for quality and functionality
• Ensure installations meet design specifications
• Troubleshoot field issues
• Manage materials and equipment
• Enforce safety standards
• Develop field supervisors and crew leaders
