About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking an Irrigation Specialist to lead, supervise, and coordinate a crew in the installation of high-quality underground lawn and drip systems. This role involves mapping layouts from blueprints, digging trenches, connecting pipes, and setting heads or valves. The Irrigation Specialist will also troubleshoot decoders, work with advanced 2-wire irrigation systems, plan schedules ahead of landscaping crews, and maintain equipment safety. Requirements

2-4 years of irrigation experience
Knowledge/experience with 2-wire irrigation systems
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
2 to 4 years of proven field experience in commercial irrigation systems.
Direct experience or strong working knowledge of troubleshooting and installing 2-wire irrigation systems (decoders, solenoids, and controllers).
Ability to speak and understand English
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
