About The Position

If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy seeing a project come together from the ground up, this role is for you. We’re looking for an Irrigation Installer to support the installation of irrigation and landscape lighting systems across our Design Build projects. As an Irrigation Installer, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality irrigation and lighting systems that support the long-term success of our projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and field teams to install systems efficiently, accurately, and safely. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and working outdoors as part of a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment
Nice To Haves
- Experience installing irrigation systems or landscape lighting
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- Experience with trenching, piping, or wiring
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience working on Design Build projects
Responsibilities
- Install irrigation and lighting systems including trenching, piping, sprinklers, valves, and wiring
- Follow design plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assemble system components such as controllers, backflow preventers, and pumps
- Configure irrigation controllers and lighting timers
- Test systems for pressure, leaks, and functionality
- Adjust spray patterns and system performance for optimal results
- Collaborate with Project Managers and crew members to prepare job sites
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready for installation
- Support efficient workflow and project timelines
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document materials used and work completed
- Ensure projects are client-ready upon completion
