About The Position

Cornerstone Solutions Group is seeking experienced and motivated Irrigation Install Laborers to join our growing team. We operate throughout the Tampa Bay region, providing high-quality irrigation services to residential and commercial properties. As an Irrigation Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for a variety of clients. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience with 2-wire systems is required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including Florida heat and humidity).
• Must be able to kneel, stand, dig, walk, and carry at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to drive and maneuver trucks/trailers is essential.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and schematics.
• Knowledge of irrigation components and systems.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Some irrigation installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems.
• Dig trenches, lay pipes, and install sprinkler heads.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and winterization of irrigation systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed.
