About The Position

The Center for Wellness and Prevention Department houses various multidisciplinary programs and services that focus on primary and secondary prevention and rehabilitation. This position will provide individual and group nutrition/lifestyle assessment and education for patients in one or all of the outpatient programs within the Center for Wellness and Prevention. Staff Dietitians are responsible for providing nutritional care to patients, which includes screening, nutrition/lifestyle assessment and care plan development, ongoing nutrition intervention, nutrition counseling, and diet education according to department and medical center policies and procedures. Staff Dietitians organize their work and set priorities to plan programs to meet the priority nutrition and customer service needs of the patient population they serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Registered and/or Registration Eligible, licensed (state of Ohio) dietitian.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience as a dietitian is preferred.

Responsibilities
