Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Nice To Haves

Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
Rigger certification or TWIC card

Responsibilities

Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
Support projects and heavy haul operations
Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites
