About The Position
We are currently hiring for Ironworkers in Columbus and Mansfield, OH. As an Ironworker your primary responsibility is to safely assemble, install, and secure steel components to support the construction of structures. Pay is $35 per hour. If you have 5+ years experience as an Ironworker apply now!
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an iron worker
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid Driver's License
- Your own reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Build and install iron and steel components such as girders, columns, and structural elements for large-scale structures
- Cut, position, and set steel reinforcement bars (rebar)
- Fabricate, weld, cut, and assembled structural metal components
- Erect steel frameworks safely and efficiently
- Connect steel columns, beams, and girders using bolts and welds
- Hoist, position, and secure steel components
