About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman for a structural steel project. This role will initially be based in Daytona Beach, FL, with a duration of one year, and will conclude at a job site in Arkansas. The position involves leading a crew on structural steel erection, overseeing the raising gang and detail work, planning daily tasks, maintaining the schedule, and ensuring both safety and productivity on site. The Foreman will also be expected to work hands-on with the crew as needed.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years ironworker experience
• Foreman or lead experience on steel projects
• Strong background in connecting + detail work
• Able to work 50–60+ hours/week

Nice To Haves

• Experience on large/tall structures preferred
• OSHA preferred
