About The Position
Under supervision, the Apprentice Ironworker is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection and completing the tasks in a timely, quality manner while learning trade and practicing/studying to become Journeyman level.
Requirements
- Ability to meet physical requirements of job i.e. working at heights up to 60', long periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing, welding, using hand tools, wearing safety harness and tool belt, exposure to weather, etc.
Responsibilities
- Completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection
- Learning trade and practicing/studying to become Journeyman level
