Physically Capable: Able to perform demanding construction work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Steady work history
Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble structural steel components and metal decking for commercial and institutional construction projects.
Work collaboratively to install steel members, decking systems, and related materials according to project specifications and safety standards, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Bolt, bridge, and weld structural steel components to help create safe, durable building frameworks.
Operate boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment used to complete steel erection work.
Load, unload, and Transport materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently.
Drive company vehicles and help transport crew members to and from job sites when needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
Participate in company-provided training programs and continually develop your skills in steel construction, welding, safety, and equipment operation.
