About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing work done in the shop/yard/field, ensuring quality work, and adhering to all policies, work procedures, and safety regulations. The position involves maintaining an orderly and clean facility, servicing cement heads and equipment, and completing all associated paperwork. The Iron Tech is responsible for the safety of other employees and the prevention of damage to operating equipment. Key duties include cleaning and maintaining high-pressure monoline equipment, tracking equipment movement via computer system, preparing shipment and tracking paperwork, and monitoring test dates for equipment inspection. The role also includes performing various general and facility maintenance repairs, and driving company vehicles to transport equipment.

Requirements

  • Proficient Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Must be able to work on call
  • Logistical background and experience
  • Basic computer usage and knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials including their uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Must have the ability to maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment
  • Works under physically demanding climatic conditions for long and/or irregular duty hours
  • Strong knowledge of HSE.
  • Ensures quality work.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communicational skills. As well as strong organizational skills.
  • Upholds the highest levels of personal accountability, integrity, and responsibility in every aspect of the day-to-day job.
  • Able to solve problems using logic, judgment and data to determine effective solutions.
  • Understanding Products & Technology.
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 1 years of Iron Tech experience

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review, complete and/or distribute daily reports, equipment check sheets, and work orders.
  • Oversee work done in the shop/yard/field.
  • Ensures quality work.
  • Adheres to all Policies, work procedures, Safety, etc.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean facility in compliance with state and federal regulations, and also assist in servicing cement heads and equipment.
  • Complete all paperwork associated with job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the safety of other employees and the prevention of damage to operating equipment.
  • Clean and maintain high pressure monoline equipment as per company Services Standards.
  • Track the movement of the monoline equipment on the computer system and prepare the proper paperwork for shipment and tracking.
  • Keep track of the test dates for inspection on monoline equipment.
  • Performs various general and facility maintenance repairs.
  • Perform all job duties assigned.
  • Drive company light-duty vehicles and transport equipment to and from location as directed.
