About The Position

This is a 100% remote position for an IRM Developer with a duration of 6+ months. The role involves architectural and configuration experience with GRC and IRM programs, solution design, and configuration projects for GRC/IRM Technology platforms. These projects aim to enable business processes and source data systems to drive efficiencies and reduce redundancies across various functions including internal audit, compliance, enterprise risk management, operational risk management, technology risk management, third party risk management, cyber security, business resiliency, incident management, SOX, and other business programs/initiatives. The position requires a deep understanding of access control, role-based access, and record-based permissions. It also involves identifying external data sources and designing integration approaches, knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based application architecture, and experience with GRC technologies like RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow. The role also requires demonstrating extensive abilities in managing client projects, defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and fostering positive client relationships.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow configuration.
  • Eligible to get public trust clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Detail oriented, motivated, analytical, disciplined.
  • Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
  • Proficient with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
  • Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Experience building integrations using REST API.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
  • Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
  • Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
  • Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
  • Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
  • Import data into GRC application tables.
  • Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
  • Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.
  • Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
  • Create technical solution documentation.
