About The Position

Join the mission of Improving Lives as an Interventional Radiology Technologist at Jefferson Health. Interventional Radiology Technologists are responsible for producing radiographs during specialized radiology diagnostic & therapeutic procedures. They work alongside physicians and nursing personnel to perform radiographic examinations. Interventional Radiology Technologists will be assigned to a team consisting of physicians, nursing personnel, and technologists in order to perform specialized radiographic examinations such as biopsies, catheter insertions, and more. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Satisfactory completion of formal x-ray technology training
Minimum three (3) years of experience as an x-ray technologist
Minimum two (2) years of experience as an interventional radiographer
ARRT certification required

Responsibilities

Produce radiographs during specialized radiology diagnostic & therapeutic procedures.
Work alongside physicians and nursing personnel to perform radiographic examinations.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
