About The Position

At the intersection of strategy, data, and operational excellence, the IPS Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the Integrated Platform Solutions business to deliver on its strategic ambitions. As part of the Process Solutions division within Life Sciences, you will drive measurable business performance by translating the IPS strategic roadmap into structured, actionable initiatives and by strengthening the operational processes that underpin product management, portfolio governance, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. You will own the coordination of recurring business processes — including Business Reviews, revenue tracking, financial forecasting cycles, strategy development, and long-range planning — working closely with Strategic Product Managers, Portfolio Heads, and key business partners. By applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will generate clear insights, identify inefficiencies across the IPS value chain, and lead targeted improvement initiatives spanning Lead-to-Cash processes, digitalization efforts, customer journey optimization, and operational metrics tracking. You will also design and contribute to dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex performance data into decisions that matter, ensuring the organization continuously adapts to evolving market dynamics and customer needs in the bioproprocessing industry. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and expertise, you will be a trusted advisor to the IPS Leadership Team, delivering recommendations that shape both near-term execution and long-term business direction.
