IPM Supervisor
About The Position
We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring. This role will lead a proactive and effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program. The IPM Supervisor will monitor nutritional deficiencies, collect and report plant health data, and prepare water samples for analysis. Additionally, they will train the Cultivation team on pest and disease identification, oversee and ensure accurate application and efficacy of IPM strategies, maintain spray equipment, update compliance logs, and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
- Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
