About The Position

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more digital product lines (e.g., online payment solutions, agent/broker portals, cancellation-avoidance tools), working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and compliance to deliver features that support our client’s premium financing business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, Insurtech, or financial services
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with insurance premium financing, payments, or lending products

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals
• Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
• Conduct research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure product adoption and gather field feedback
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data
• Ensure new features comply with relevant insurance and financial services regulations
• Present roadmap updates and business cases to leadership
