About The Position

We are working with nationally recognized intellectual property law firms seeking experienced IP operations professionals across patent administration, docketing, and prosecution support functions. These opportunities involve sophisticated domestic and international patent workflows supporting high-volume technology and life sciences practices serving Fortune 500 companies, startups, and institutional innovation clients. The roles are focused on patent prosecution support, IP administration, docketing, USPTO filings, PCT workflows, and high-volume IP operations. Candidates must have hands-on patent prosecution or IP docketing experience, be comfortable handling high-volume, deadline-driven workflows, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with USPTO filings, IP docketing systems, or patent prosecution support is required. These roles are not suitable for general legal assistants without IP exposure, litigation-only support candidates, candidates without patent prosecution or docketing experience, or entry-level administrative professionals without IP workflow exposure.

Requirements

• Hands-on patent prosecution or IP docketing experience

• Experience with USPTO filings, IP docketing systems, or patent prosecution support

Responsibilities

• Handle USPTO filings, office action responses, IDS submissions, continuations, divisionals, and direct client communication.
• Support attorneys and clients through filing coordination, docket management, deadline tracking, prosecution workflow management, and client-facing patent administration responsibilities.
• Manage U.S. and foreign patent/trademark docketing, deadline management, PCT workflows, annuity management, USPTO filings, and coordination with foreign associates.
• Maintain accurate docket records and manage high-volume deadline tracking.
• Support sophisticated patent prosecution operations.
