Requirements
- Must have great organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle the logistics of a high-production environment
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver materials
- Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly.
- Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs regularly.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Log in all IOS cases.
- Log-in remakes and repairs for IOS cases.
- Read alerts, follow alert procedures and paste notes on work tickets.
- Apply knowledge of color pan schedule.
- Properly address due dates.
- Communication with dental accounts as it pertains to IOS cases.
