About The Position

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer that has proven technical leadership experience, hands-on programming expertise, and demonstrated success in delivering full-lifecycle development projects, including store deployment. As a developer, you will develop iOS mobile applications, working directly with the government product owner to analyze user stories and conduct agile estimation.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Proven work experience in software development.
Work experience in iOS development.
Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.
Deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch.
Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced software applications. build on one or more platforms, which include but are not limited to iOS, Android, and web apps.
Communicate regularly and write clean code. Review, analyze, and resolve application issues as needed.
Evaluate strategies and make recommendations on changes and improvements.
Consult with other team members and implement solutions in-line with the department's vision.
Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies to evaluate their impact on business and member value.
Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Identify new SDK capabilities and features and potential improvements, and set up a stable iOS development pipeline.
