Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven working experience in iOS app development and have published at least one original iOS app.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for iOS applications.
Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
Experience with iOS frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of app security and data protection measures.
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features for the Cracker Barrel iOS application.
Work closely with designers to ensure that the user interface and experience align with Cracker Barrel's brand identity and standards.
Integrate with external APIs and data sources to provide dynamic content and functionality within the app.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Continuously monitor app performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
