Website: https://bloomingtonmeadows.com/ The Intensive Outpatient Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; facilitate group therapy sessions; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities. Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
Two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
Therapists ideally will possess a state license within two years of employment and must be actively seeking license in social work or clinical related mental health field.
CPR certification and HANDLE WITH CARE training within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.
