IOP Licensed Therapist (Intake Specialist)

Nestled in the city of Maitland, the Orlando Outpatient Center is a premier provider of outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment and mental health services in Florida. Our center, underpinned by evidence-based practices, offers vital programs essential for sustained recovery. Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) Exciting Opportunity to Join our IOP/OP Team. Prior Intake Experience Preferred! Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10am-9pm. (4x10 schedule, 3-Day Weekends) Salary: starting at $68,640 and up
Requirements
- Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
- Independently Licensed in the State of Florida to practice required -- Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor, or other behavioral health-related field.
- LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health field required.

Responsibilities
- Performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director.
- Patient caseload management.
- Providing group, individual, and family therapy.
- Conducting psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Collaborating with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.
- Assisting in coordinating discharge planning.
- Maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
- Individual, family, and group therapy.
- Biopsychosocial assessments.
- Treatment Planning.
- Documentation.
- Therapeutic intervention practices.
- Discharge summary.
