Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Verifying and entering invoice data into the company's computer system
  • Identifying and correcting errors in invoices
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Communicating with vendors and dealers to answer questions and address issues
  • Preparing reports and compiling statistical information
