Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and generate daily invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Review, update, and maintain pricing and customer-specific price sheets
• Manage credits and re-billed invoices with proper approvals
• Support month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Partner with sales and customers to answer invoicing and pricing questions
• Communicate pricing updates and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Provide backup support to customer service and office operations as needed
