About The Position

Responsible for coaching, motivating, and leading invoicing solutions employees to accomplish the productivity goals for the department. Establish a culture of positive employee engagement while ensuring all processes, best practices, and policies are adhered to consistently. Strong process-driven person needed to drive automation and improve the effective use of technology to build scalable invoicing solutions. Use management tools including SAP, Excel, and other appropriate systems to effectively manage the accurate and timely monthly invoicing process.

Requirements

3+ years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience driving process automation
Strong Excel skills required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
SAP experience preferred
TMS experience preferred
WMS experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations to achieve timely and accurate invoicing to meet cashflow requirements and customer expectations.
Drive a culture of accountability through key performance metrics and employee engagement.
Drive positive business results by building an engaged workforce.
Train and mentor employees, ensure they are provided the resources to accomplish their goals and provide effective feedback.
Use all available data to streamline and automate the invoicing process.
Develop a thorough understanding of CJL and customer contracts and utilize the systems to improve efficiency and automation of the invoicing process.
Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.
