Invoicing Specialist As an Invoicing Specialist on the Client Success team, you will oversee organization‑wide invoicing processes and serve as a trusted expert for electronic invoice integrations. This role is ideal for someone highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and driven to troubleshoot complex systems, identify root causes, and build scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP IDOC structure, EDI, .csv, cXML, Coupa, and Ariba standards.
  • Experience with JIRA workflow management.
  • Scenario and regression testing experience.
  • Finance and accounting knowledge, including account reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand how individual components impact larger systems.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions.
  • Effective cross‑team collaborator who builds strong partnerships.
  • High personal standards and consistent delivery of quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client electronic invoice integrations, upgrades, and maintenance—including JIRA workflow management and client calls.
  • Gather and interpret client technical specifications and guide them toward best‑practice invoicing solutions.
  • Apply expertise in SAP IDOC structure, EDI, .csv, cXML, Coupa, and Ariba standards.
  • Execute integration testing with IT and client teams, including creating and validating SAP test order IDOCs.
  • Investigate and resolve testing issues through thorough root cause analysis.
  • Clearly document technical requirements and system workflows.
  • Partner with IT and Finance to diagnose issues and implement more efficient invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support client requests related to electronic invoicing capabilities.
  • Reconcile the monthly electronic invoice matrix to ensure all transmissions were completed successfully.
  • Research and resolve invoice rejections promptly and accurately.
  • Create and maintain invoicing documentation in Confluence.
  • Configure NTI reports and manage electronic invoice variants in SAP.
  • Audit invoice settings for programs during implementation and ongoing support.
  • Assist Client Success team members with process questions, configuration issues, and initial root cause identification.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and Client Success to streamline operations and resolve complex issues.
  • Review and consolidate process documentation to support standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a process‑oriented mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven enhancements.
