We are seeking individuals who have worked in an office environment to fill the position of Invoicing Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting (required) or working towards a related degree; Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement
• Skilled in Accounts Payable and/or knowledge in the service industry a plus.
• Expert verbal and written English proficiency
• Skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• SAP experience preferred

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred)
• SAP experience preferred
• Skilled in Accounts Payable and/or knowledge in the service industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders for accuracy and billing the orders
• Perform Inventory adjustments
• Compare purchase orders to sale orders
• Review service tickets to service orders
• Calculate and compare freight to billing policy
• Perform all other duties by the Managers
