We are seeking individuals who have worked in an office environment to fill the position of Invoicing Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: Review sales orders for accuracy and billing the orders Perform Inventory adjustments Compare purchase orders to sale orders Review service tickets to service orders Calculate and compare freight to billing policy

Requirements

Associate Degree in Accounting (required) or working towards a related degree; Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred); Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement
Expert verbal and written English proficiency
Skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
