USVC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to own the self-directed investor experience. This role supports every retail investor who puts capital in through usvc.com, from their first KYC check through their tenth reinvestment. The Specialist will be the primary point of contact for USVC's investors, handling inquiries via email and phone, managing onboarding support, and addressing escalations. This role will also be responsible for building playbooks, FAQs, and automations to scale investor support as the fund grows.
