As an Investment Reporting Associate Sr. within PNC's Multi-Family Capital organization, you will be based in office in a PNC location. This role oversees the investor reporting process and provides reporting on a portfolio of funds. The key person responsible for ad hoc requests and query building, generating reports for accuracy, and editing, reviewing, and determining content for investor reports. Provides reports to internal parties as appropriate, produces internal trend reporting, senior management and annual investor meeting reporting by understanding various fund portfolios, how they operate and differences between funds. Analyzes conclusions and discusses variances with team leaders. Shares best practices and trains other team members. Performs analysis of progress of property. Coordinates assessment of properties and fund performance with internal parties. Elevates potential investor concerns and identifies areas of concern if noted in reporting. Makes suggestions to asset managers for modification of content, mitigation of issues etc. Requests updates regarding capital timing from asset managers and elevates variances with respect to capital timing internally. Performs due diligence and provides analysis on data in response to investor queries.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • No Required Certification(s).
  • No Required License(s).
  • This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

Responsibilities

  • Enter quarterly and monthly data for low-income housing properties and verify accuracy.
  • Generate simple reports and data packets using established templates.
  • Upload completed documents to investor portal.
  • Collect and organize insurance certificates, financial statements, and property documents.
  • Assist with basic client inquiries and run simple data queries.
  • Track updates related to natural disasters or property incidents.
  • Prepare brief status updates for clients as needed.
  • Update internal systems with construction milestones, lease up progress, and occupancy data.
  • Produce basic recurring reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Review data entries for completeness and accuracy.
  • Help prepare, proofread, and format reporting materials.
