Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of at least 7 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience and skills aligning with Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.

Nice To Haves

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) designation.
Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills, with experience in building financial models.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on process automation, digitization, and efficiency (incl 1LMX & AI).
Strong research skills.
Experience in developing and updating content for internal presentations.
Familiarity with AI and other digital tools.
Experience working in the aerospace and defense industry, or with Lockheed Martin specifically.

Responsibilities

Develop and update content for internal presentations, including IR presentations to the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and other stakeholders.
Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and toolset management.
Leverage AI and other digital tools to drive process automation and efficiency.
Conduct competitor research.
Build and maintain historical datasets.
Conduct market research.
Analyze large datasets.
