About The Position

The Investor Relations Senior Manager will be a senior member of the Investor Relations team, supporting the communication of Accenture’s strategy, financial performance and investment proposition to investors and equity analysts. The role requires deep capital markets expertise, strong financial statement analysis and the ability to translate complex business and financial information into clear, credible external messaging.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the following: Sell-side equity research, Buy-side investment analysis, Investment banking or equity capital markets, Investor relations within a publicly traded company.
Capital markets judgement and credibility
Advanced financial and valuation analysis
Executive communication and presentation development
Investor and analyst relationship management
Strategic perspective and commercial judgement
Ability to simplify complex financial information
High discretion and sound judgement
Leadership potential and ability to develop team members

Nice To Haves

Strong preference for direct Wall Street or equivalent capital markets experience.
Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation, financial modelling and assessment of business performance.
Experience supporting or leading quarterly earnings preparation and senior executive financial communications.
Experience engaging directly with institutional investors and equity analysts.
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial information clearly.
Public-company experience and familiarity with US GAAP, disclosure requirements and financial controls.
Technology or professional services industry experience is beneficial, but finance and capital markets expertise should take precedence over industry experience, consistent with the recommended future-state profile.

Responsibilities

Communicate Accenture’s business strategy, financial performance and investment proposition to institutional investors and equity analysts.
Serve as a senior adviser to the Head of Investor Relations on market perspectives, investor sentiment, financial messaging and potential areas of investor concern.
Lead rigorous analysis of financial statements, operating performance, key business drivers and external expectations.
Develop executive presentations, earnings materials, investor presentations, briefing documents and responses to anticipated investor and analyst questions.
Lead significant elements of the quarterly earnings process, including message development, financial analysis, question-and-answer preparation and executive briefing.
Build and maintain relationships with investors and equity analysts, representing Accenture with credibility in meetings and other investor interactions.
Monitor analyst research, consensus expectations, shareholder trends, competitive performance and broader capital markets developments.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Controllership, Tax, Corporate Communications and business leadership to support accurate, consistent and compliant financial communications.
Support the planning and execution of investor and analyst days, the annual shareholder meeting, quarterly earnings calls and other investor events.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of annual reports, quarterly earnings materials and relevant Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Provide direction and coaching to other members of the Investor Relations team.
