About The Position

The Investor Relations Manager, Earnings & Financial Communications will lead the development and execution of high-quality earnings materials, investor presentations and financial communications. The role will work across Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Corporate Communications to ensure external materials are accurate, consistent, analytically rigorous and aligned with Accenture’s strategic narrative.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, external reporting, financial planning and analysis, transaction services
Financial analysis and attention to detail
Clear and concise business writing
Earnings and disclosure process management
Cross-functional coordination
Executive presentation development
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Strong quality control and risk awareness

Nice To Haves

Strong experience analyzing financial statements and business performance.
Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level financial presentations or external financial communications.
Experience supporting quarterly earnings, public-company reporting or other deadline-driven financial reporting processes.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and public-company disclosure requirements.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability, with the ability to convert detailed analysis into clear executive materials.
Experience operating across Finance, Legal, Communications and senior business stakeholders.
Investor relations or equity research experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage core workstreams for quarterly earnings, including the earnings release, presentation materials, executive scripts, financial analysis and anticipated investor questions.
Analyze actual and forecast financial performance, operational trends, key business drivers and analyst expectations.
Translate financial results and business developments into concise, investor-relevant messages.
Develop executive presentations, investor materials, analyst briefing documents and internal preparation materials.
Coordinate inputs and reviews across Finance, Controllership, Legal, Tax, Corporate Communications and relevant business teams.
Support the preparation and distribution of annual reports, quarterly earnings statements and relevant Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Maintain consistency between public disclosures, executive messaging and supporting financial information.
Support investor and analyst meetings with company-specific research, financial analysis and executive briefing materials.
Monitor peer-company results, disclosures, guidance and relevant financial metrics.
Manage deliverables independently, identify risks early and ensure work is completed accurately and to demanding deadlines.
Support investor days, the annual shareholder meeting and other significant financial communication events.
