About The Position

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for all operations within Triad’s Investor Reporting department, including daily and weekly transactions, supporting the month-end close process, monthly reconciliations, and validation of monthly investor remittances. The position also provides support for the development and implementation of strategic plans for the manufactured home mortgage servicing division. Key responsibilities include managing all servicing transfers (inbound, internal, and outbound) for tracking and reconciliation, monitoring and supporting the servicing of Triad’s Freddie Mac loan portfolio, and developing policies and procedures for servicing manufactured home loans as it relates to Investor Reporting. The role requires monitoring regulatory changes affecting servicing to ensure compliance and competitive positioning, building and maintaining relationships with investor clients, manufactured home dealers, builders, and other industry stakeholders, and providing support for investor clients to remit funds for corporate advances. Additionally, the Investor Relations Manager ensures investors remit payment monthly, handles any disputes, and works with accounting on investor relations matters between accounting and servicing. This includes monitoring and facilitating changes in monthly investors (adding, deleting, mergers, and acquisitions), facilitating the opening of custodial bank accounts for each investor, and ensuring accurate reporting for each custodial account within the MSP servicing platform. The role involves reviewing and contributing to new Servicing contracts, assisting the Cash Manager with MSP platform reporting issues, and being responsible for employee development regarding investor relations. Ensuring all MSP daily balancing occurs and is tracked, and that all system maintenance is completed timely and accurately are also key duties. The position supports senior management with projects as needed, establishes and monitors performance metrics for investor reporting, and assists with Servicing projects and regulatory filings.

Requirements

5+ years of accounting/finance background.
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and other mortgage loan products for manufacture home underwriting guidelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders
Commitment to maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Responsibilities
