About the position
The IR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Enviva's investor and analyst outreach programs and events, managing internal and external websites, and providing administrative support to the VP of IR and other members of the Communications team. This role requires professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. The IR Coordinator must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and will regularly interact with Enviva executives, shareholders, research analysts, and internal colleagues. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‐to‐day support for Investor Relations & Communications using a high degree of sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential and proprietary matters
- Coordinate the quarterly financial results disclosure process and assist in the preparation and proofreading of materials, contributing to press releases, internal communications, scripts, and presentation materials
- Support the execution of other virtual and in-person IR and Communications events (e.g. IR conferences, investor plant/port/forest tours, meetings, road shows, and dinners)
- Coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, manage invite lists and invitations, registration, materials printing and shipping, and investor meeting logs, and post-meeting follow-up
- Assist in the development and management of tools to monitor and produce regular reports regarding peer monitoring, shareholder ownership analytics, and related activity reports
- Support ongoing projects, including management of third-party vendor relationships (press release providers, website providers, etc)
- Manage investor-related and communications-related conference call and webcast logistics with internal and external providers; coordinate with news wire and regulatory filing services
- Maintain and archive electronic and physical disclosure records
- Manage content updates on internal and external websites
- Manage the IR phone lines, general email inquiries, and certain retail investor questions
- Maintain the calendar of the VP of IR, and other Communications team calendars as relevant, including arranging routine meetings, conference calls, and webcasts
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned (invoice processing, expense payments, meeting coordination, calendar management, etc)
Requirements
- A university bachelor's degree
- Two-to-five years of related work experience, preferably in a corporate environment and ideally with investor relations or communications experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential and proprietary matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, shareholders, research analysts, and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Experience coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements
- Familiarity with website management and content updates
- Ability to take initiative and ensure projects remain on track for timely completion
- Knowledge of investor-related and communications-related conference call and webcast logistics
- Strong administrative skills, including invoice processing, expense payments, and calendar management
