About The Position

Evernest is a national real estate and property management company seeking a licensed agent to work with investors to help them grow their rental portfolio. This role offers company-provided buyer/seller investor leads and marketing support, access to off-market deals, and collaboration with the existing property management team. The position focuses on helping investors build their rental property portfolios by handling acquisitions, rehab management, and property management. Evernest aims to make working with them an almost passive investment for clients and is looking for driven individuals to help achieve their goal of managing 250,000 homes by 2030.

Requirements

• Must have an active real estate license for the market you want to work in
• Able to work in G-suite and learn software systems quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in Real Estate Investing
• 1-3 years of real estate experience
• Experience working with investors to purchase/sell properties

Responsibilities

• Work with existing clients to source and purchase rental properties
• Assist clients underwriting properties
• Network with investors, agents and wholesalers to drive leads
• List properties for sale
• Walking properties & creating rehab scopes for properties
