About The Position

The Investment Strategy & Research Analyst III is a seasoned, bottom-up research role on the Office of the CIO Equity Team. The team manages the firm’s home office equity strategies and supports wealth teams across Citizens Wealth. The analyst independently covers a broad universe of U.S. large-cap equities as a sector generalist, generates data-backed investment ideas, and serves as a senior single-stock resource for advisors and an extension of the advisory team. The role calls for an experienced analyst who sets a research agenda, develops and defends investment recommendations, and works with minimal oversight within a small, collaborative investment team. The analyst conducts fundamental research and financial analysis, develops investment views and recommendations, and contributes research that helps shape strategy holdings and support long-term results relative to the S&P 500. The role also involves advising wealth teams on stocks and markets, authoring research and commentary, presenting investment views to internal audiences, and using AI tools responsibly to expand research capacity while applying human judgment to all outputs. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and Fridays working from home. The salary range is $169,000–$213,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation depends on factors including budget, work location, skills, and experience. The company offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, maternity and paternity leave, flexible work arrangements, education reimbursement, wellness programs, and paid time off that exceeds applicable mandatory paid sick or paid time-away policies.
