Requirements
- An active track record in commercial real estate investment sales
- Established client relationships and sound transaction judgment
- Self-directed, with the drive to grow your production on a platform built for scale
- Motivated by a collaborative, high-volume environment
- Active real estate license in the state where you work
Responsibilities
- Representing buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties
- Sourcing and winning new business through your network and market expertise
- Advising owners and investors on pricing, positioning, and execution strategy
- Managing negotiations and deal execution from engagement through closing
- Collaborating with specialists across markets and product types
